The 2023 Lovettsville-Waterford Rurtian Scholarship/Grant applications are open and online. The scholarship committee can’t wait to read the great things our seniors have done for the community. The scholarships are available to High School Seniors going to an institute of higher learning. The Buddy Williams Entrepreneurial Grant will be awarded to a student who will be starting a business.
